About The Position

Local Combination Drivers deliver Keurig Dr Pepper products to small and large retailers along a set local route in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Drivers manually unload trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested. No previous experience is required; hands-on training is provided upon hire.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m. and continuing until the route is finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The position involves staying active and spending much of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases, as well as interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A).
• Be able to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
• Be able to repeatedly lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
