About The Position

Truck Care Cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean customer areas and providing fast, friendly, and accurate service. They greet customers in the lobby and connect them with service specialists to identify needed services. Duties vary according to business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are important. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and connect them with service specialists to identify needed services.
• Balance the cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while following state and local laws.
• Enter work order information accurately into the POS, verify the accuracy of services performed, and collect and close pending invoices.
• Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders.
• Maintain customer areas and restrooms, including cleaning toilets, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning mirrors and doors, servicing trash cans, and wiping excess oil from counters, doors, and windows.
• Move and lift 25 or more pounds and work in various temperatures.
