About The Position

Truck Care Cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, keeping customer areas clean and providing customers with fast, friendly, and accurate service. They are often the first point of contact in the lobby and connect customers with service specialists to identify needed services. Duties may vary according to business needs, so flexibility and teamwork are important. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

Requirements

Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to work in various temperatures.
Flexibility and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the lobby and connect them with service specialists to identify needed services.
Balance the cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while complying with state and local laws.
Enter work order information accurately into the POS system, verify services performed, and collect and close pending invoices.
Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and purchase orders.
Clean and maintain customer areas and restrooms, including cleaning toilets, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning mirrors and doors, emptying trash, and wiping excess oil from counters, doors, and windows.
