About The Position

This position is responsible for the safe and effective washing of trolleys, rods, and rod baskets according to company guidelines. The role involves adhering to GMP and USDA regulations, completing necessary paperwork, and participating in training documentation development. The Trolley Wash position also supports various Continuous Improvement (CI) activities and requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Good math skills necessary for the tracking of the different blends.
Good reading comprehensive and the ability to follow blend requirements.
Most tasks require bending, lifting, working in steamy areas, pushing, pulling and reaching.
Ability to lift a smoke stick product (up to 35 lbs) 4 feet high onto the rack.
Ability to work in a continually wet area.
Ability to work in a humid area.

Responsibilities

Safety is the #1 responsibility.
Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines.
Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines.
Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc.
Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead.
SAP documentation.
Adhere to all PPE guidelines for the Trolley Wash area.
Responsible for appropriately mixing trolley wash chemicals.
Responsible for washing trolleys, rods and rod baskets.
