About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of trolleys, rods, and rod baskets according to GMP and USDA guidelines. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, proper documentation, and participation in team-based improvement activities. The Trolley Wash position involves working in a wet and humid environment and performing physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

Safety is the #1 responsibility.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
Good math skills necessary for the tracking of the different blends
Good reading comprehensive and the ability to follow blend requirements
Most tasks require bending, lifting, working in steamy areas, pushing, pulling and reaching.
Ability to lift a smoke stick product (up to 35 lbs) 4 feet high onto the rack.
Ability to work in a continually wet area.
Ability to work in a humid area

Responsibilities

Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines
Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines
Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc.
Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead
SAP documentation
Adhere to all PPE guidelines for the Trolley Wash area
Responsible for appropriately mixing trolley wash chemicals
Responsible for washing trolleys, rods and rod baskets
