About The Position

This role is responsible for the safe and effective washing of trolleys, rods, and rod baskets, adhering to all GMP and USDA guidelines. The position involves daily paperwork completion, participation in training documentation development, and support of various Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) activities. The job also requires SAP documentation, adherence to PPE guidelines, and accurate mixing of trolley wash chemicals. This role is critical for maintaining quality and safety standards within the trolley wash area.

Requirements

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Good math skills necessary for the tracking of the different blends.
Good reading comprehensive and the ability to follow blend requirements.
Most tasks require bending, lifting, working in steamy areas, pushing, pulling and reaching.
Ability to lift a smoke stick product (up to 35 lbs) 4 feet high onto the rack.
Ability to work in a continually wet area.
Ability to work in a humid area.

Responsibilities

Safety is the #1 responsibility.
Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines.
Properly complete required paperwork on a daily basis per Quality guidelines.
Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining (CSD) of training documentation for all team members.
Support CPS activities to include but not limited to: Safety, Quality, BOS, 5S, CIL, Centerline, Equipment Ownership, Area Ownership, Team Participation, and CSD etc.
Responsible for any other tasks/duties as directed by your Supervisor/Line Lead/Cell Lead.
SAP documentation.
Adhere to all PPE guidelines for the Trolley Wash area.
Responsible for appropriately mixing trolley wash chemicals.
Responsible for washing trolleys, rods and rod baskets.
