We are located at a state-of-the art facility in Dover with on-site lab and imaging services. We are a certified primary care medical home. We are seeking a part-time (30-hour) Triage RN to work a schedule of 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. During the first 90 days, the role will be onsite all 3 days; after that period, Tuesdays may transition to a remote workday based on business needs. The position is primarily focused on phone triage, with additional responsibilities including nurse visits and cross-coverage on the clinical floor. The RN will work closely with one other nurse and collaborate with the broader care team to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care delivery. Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Requirements

Associate's Degree Nursing required
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred
Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
