About The Position

The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We are seeking a full-time team RN to join our practice, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, based at our 250 Paradise Road location in Swampscott, MA. This RN role supports a high-volume ambulatory family medicine practice. The position is primarily focused on phone triage, with additional responsibilities including nurse visits and cross-coverage on the clinical floor. The RN will work closely with one other nurse and collaborate with the broader care team to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care delivery. Summary: Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards. -Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety. -Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care. -Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. -Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations. -Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred
  • Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
  • Phone Triage Experience
