Triage Registed Nurse - Evanston Health Center
About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for their Evanston Health Center. This role involves providing nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians. Responsibilities include phone triage, managing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care, and patient education. The nurse will also review and respond to patient messages via NorthShore Connect and chart in Epic, the electronic medical record system. Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
