Triage Registered Nurse
About The Position
The Triage Registered Nurse provides nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians. The role supports patients through phone triage, test-result communication, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care, and patient education and teaching. The nurse reviews and responds to patient messages through NorthShore Connect and documents care in Epic, the electronic medical record. The position is based in Evanston, Illinois, with travel to other sites as department needs require. The schedule is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Endeavor Health describes itself as a fully integrated healthcare delivery system serving more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties. Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing.
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider.
- At least one year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Responsibilities
