This position will have the opportunity to greet all visitors in a professional, supportive manner providing program and community information, de-escalate and triage needs of those entering or calling the facility, link those in need of service with a program staff member, and provide administrative assistance to the management in the assigned facility. The role requires managing a multiline phone system while providing attention to walk-in visitors, handling confidential information appropriately, and maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor while working with diverse populations. Information should be provided in a strength-based and trauma-informed manner.
