In addition to other responsibilities, this position will have the opportunity to: Greets all visitors in a professional, supportive manner providing program and community information. De-escalate and triages needs of those entering or calling the facility. Linking those in need of service with a program staff member. Provide administrative assistance to the management in the assigned facility. Manage a multiline phone system while provide attention to walk in visitors. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Ability to maintain professional and engaging demeanor while working with diverse populations. Provide information in a strength based and trauma informed manner.
