Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or a current Nebraska LPN license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CPR/BLS (within 60 days).
• Ability to obtain Medication Aide (within 90 days).
• Ability to obtain Certified Dermatology Technician (CDT) certification (after 90 days).
• Exceptional dependability and a genuine passion for patient care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in triage and dermatology is a plus.
• Self-starter attitude and a team-player mentality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and faxes, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring the communication cycle is completed with empathy and accuracy.
• Act as an educator, guiding patients through their treatment plans and resolving concerns with a "patient-first" mindset.
• Assist providers by documenting patient histories, performing procedures, and providing vital patient education in both general dermatology and our aesthetic center.
• Accompany providers during exams to capture real-time clinical notes, ensuring the highest standard of record-keeping.
