Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Dependable attendance
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn
Physical stamina - ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Trimming and removing trees with precision, using bucket trucks or spider lifts for safe and efficient work
Cleaning up worksites and properties, leaving every job looking spotless and professional
Safely operating trucks and specialized equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site
Removing wood and tree debris, making sure every project is completed with a focus on quality and cleanliness
Assisting with routine maintenance on equipment and tools, keeping everything in top shape for optimal performance
Working alongside a passionate, skilled team to provide exceptional tree care services and exceed customer expectations
Taking part in ongoing training to stay ahead of industry standards and techniques, advancing your skills with every project
