Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Willingness to take directions and efficiently carry out instructions.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute maintenance tasks assigned by the Foreman, contributing to the overall success of each project.
- Collaborate with crew members on tasks such as tree removals, pruning, and debris disposal, teaching valuable techniques and proper tool usage.
- Safely operate tools and equipment, including chainsaws, to complete assigned maintenance duties.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work site, ensuring safety for all team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, performing necessary repairs and maintenance as required.
