About The Position

Joshua Tree Experts is expanding its premium tree care, lawn care, and pest control services to the Fort Bend and Cypress, TX area. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tree Care Operations Manager to lead this new market. This role requires a blend of operational leadership, sales acumen, and a passion for team building and customer service. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and managing a local production team.

Requirements

  • Extensive, hands-on experience in route-based home services.
  • Deep understanding of dispatching, equipment management, and safety protocols for lawn, tree, or pest control operations.
  • Comfortable and confident speaking with affluent clients, proposing solutions, and closing deals.
  • Thorough understanding of arboriculture, plant health care, and/or pest management.
  • Confident, hands-on leadership skills to motivate and inspire a field team while managing the bottom line.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • An ISA Certified Arborist designation is highly preferred.
  • Pesticide applicator licenses are a great bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations, including scheduling, dispatching, fleet management, and quality control across Tree Care, Lawn Care, and Pest Control services.
  • Serve as an operational leader for crews, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-conscious job execution that meets high-quality standards.
  • Act as the market's brand representative, conducting estimates, educating clients, and closing high-ticket contracts to drive territory growth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and promptly address customer service inquiries to uphold brand reputation.
  • Lead the local hiring process to build a high-performing production team.
  • Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and safety training to field employees.
  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
