About The Position
Joshua Tree Experts is looking for a competitive, relationship-driven Tree Care Account Manager to dominate a territory in Little Rock, AR. This role involves managing and growing a territory by prospecting, networking, and closing premium residential service contracts. The Account Manager will consult with homeowners on-site, inspect properties, and build customized property solutions. A key aspect of the role is delivering 5-star service by following up after jobs to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless job completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of success in B2C outside sales or account management.
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with affluent clientele.
- 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Tech-comfortable and eager to learn the green industry.
- ISA certification.
Responsibilities
