About The Position
Joshua Tree Experts is looking for a competitive, relationship-driven Tree Care Account Manager to dominate a territory in Little Rock, AR. This role is ideal for someone who loves the outdoors, wants to avoid a desk job, and is interested in selling a high-end service to homeowners who value quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of success in B2C outside sales or account management.
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with affluent clientele.
- 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Tech-comfortable and eager to learn the green industry.
- ISA certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage & Grow Your Territory: Prospect, network, and close premium residential service contracts.
- Consult & Inspect: Meet with homeowners on-site, inspect properties, and build customized property solutions.
- Deliver 5-Star Service: Follow up after jobs to ensure 100% client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our operations team to ensure jobs are completed seamlessly.
