About The Position

Peninsula Center of Cosmetic Dentistry - Los Altos is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patients and coordinate scheduling. The practice emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment, along with strong relationships, collaboration, communication, and professional growth. The Treatment Coordinator explains treatment options and associated costs, manages surgery schedules between referring offices and surgery teams, and gathers necessary patient information, clearances, consent forms, and payments. The role also involves communicating positively with all parties and handling patient data, scheduling, and filing carefully. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $33–$35 per hour. New hires must pass a full-panel drug screening. Requirements

Dental practice experience.
Experience with and understanding of accounting and office systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail when handling procedures, patient data, scheduling, and filing.
Pass a full-panel drug screening as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dental software systems is a plus.
