About The Position

The team at Bower Dental located in Red Deer, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Recall Coordinator on a full-time basis. The ideal recall Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with over 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Requirements

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Treatment/recall Coordinator is considered an asset.
Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is considered an asset
