Requirements
- Dentrix Advance knowledge and use of dental terminology.
- Proficient in dental insurance process, billing, pre-authorization and eligibility.
- Confident with treatment planning, calculating patient portions, and presenting high value treatment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a productive schedule that eliminates stress on the team while optimizing patient care
- Ability to align with patients' communication style to build trust and overcome barriers as you find creative solutions so they can receive the treatment they need.
