Requirements
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or dental Front Desk/Assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a sales position

Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in patients with a positive attitude
- Manage appointment scheduling and answer phone calls
- Handle insurance verification and payment processing
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage office communications
- Present treatment plans to patients and help them understand their financial responsibility etc.
