HealthOne is currently seeking an experienced and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Dental team in the heart of Downtown Toronto! This role is integral to ensuring a seamless patient experience by guiding individuals through their treatment plans with clarity, care, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the dental field and a proven ability to communicate treatment options effectively, build trust, and support case acceptance. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in dental administration.
  • Exceptional client service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to various aspects of the clinic’s success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced in using dental software, preferably Tracker or similar EMR/CRM systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. dental administration, healthcare management).
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Invisalign cases.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding performance targets.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported, and consistently receive a 5-star experience.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships by clearly explaining treatment options, addressing concerns, and guiding patients toward informed decisions and acceptance of recommended care plans.
  • Manage administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency, including appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, payment processing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Support overall clinic operations by following established protocols, contributing to team goals, and maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for enhancing the patient experience and contribute to the clinic’s ongoing performance and growth.
