About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma required
2 or more years dental front office and treatment coordinating experience required
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
Must have a proven track record of presenting treatment plans and gaining case acceptance by securing appointments and payment for services.
Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor and able to resolve conflict
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with a team
Energetic team player with a positive outlook on serving the needs of our patients and the business

Nice To Haves

Experience with dental practice software, Dentrix and Denticon experience preferred

Responsibilities

Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
Presenting treatment plans
Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
Appointment scheduling
Requesting records
Patient follow ups
Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
