About The Position
CHOICE Healthcare Services is the largest provider of pediatric dental care in the Southwest United States, committed to providing high-quality care to children. They work with Pediatric Dentists, Orthodontists, and Anesthesiologists. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring an ideal New Patient experience, following the doctor's full assessment, and spending time with patients to answer questions about treatment and fees. The role ensures patients leave well-informed about treatment options and alternative fees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bi-lingual Spanish - English required
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience with dental or orthodontic treatment planning experience
Responsibilities
- Maintains a low percentage of no-shows by confirming patient appointments the two nights before and continually monitoring and moving
- Support of the office, doctor, and team members
- Discussion of orthodontic treatment plan with patients/parents
- Explanation of office policies and procedures
- Schedules contract, records and any follow up appointments needed in Practice Management System
- Maintain and utilize recall system
- Back up-front desk by being third on phones
- Prepares contracts - discusses financial arrangements-has responsible party sign
