About The Position

The team at Studio Dental Eaton Centre located in Toronto are looking for a passionate, hard-working Treatment Coordinator on a full-time basis. The ideal Treatment Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to optimize patient experience and care, while also assisting our dental providers with treatment and room prep. The person we want loves interacting with patients, to build loyalty with the dental practice but more importantly to promote the benefits of patient ownership in following their dentist approved treatment plan. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with over 500 locations nationwide and 8,000 employees. Requirements

• 1 year of experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker, Carecru is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Assist dental providers with treatment and room prep.
• Optimize patient experience and care.
• Interact with patients to build loyalty with the dental practice.
