About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Lead Therapist to join their growing RI team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent Bachelor's level graduates in the behavioral health field who have a year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families, and are pursuing or planning to pursue their master's degree. The Treatment Coordinator/Lead Therapist facilitates quality behavioral health services by acting as a liaison between individuals and service providers. Responsibilities include supervising, training, and managing direct service staff, as well as managing and coordinating treatment services and program documentation. The company offers flexible schedules and a summer schedule with early closures on Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Access to secured high-speed internet required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• ABA experience preferred
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between individuals and service providers involved in each client’s treatment.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff.
• Manage and coordinate all related treatment services.
• Manage program documentation.
