About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Lead Therapist to join their growing RI team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. The Treatment Coordinator/Lead Therapist facilitates quality behavioral health services by acting as a liaison between individuals and service providers. This role involves supervising, training, and managing direct service staff, as well as managing and coordinating treatment services and program documentation. It is an ideal position for recent Bachelor's level graduates in the behavioral health field who are pursuing or planning to pursue their master's degree and wish to integrate their master's level internship into a full-time career.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Access to secured high speed internet required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
