About The Position

Our orthodontic practice focuses on early expansion in children to improve their airway, sleep, and long-term health, and on guiding older children and adults toward better breathing and overall wellness. We coordinate care across a network of specialists and resources, emphasizing education and informed decision-making for families regarding their child's development, airway, sleep, and long-term health. This role involves consulting with patients and parents on significant health investments, explaining the implications of underdeveloped airways, and guiding them toward confident decisions without pressure. It is a sales role within a practice that values relationships, honesty, and health-outcome-rooted recommendations.
