About The Position
We are currently seeking a Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator to establish a parent/patient relationship for proper communication regarding recommended treatment plans. This position will report to the Operations Manager. This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate the employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time
- Knowledge of various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience desired
- Previous experience in a dental practice a plus
- Preferred knowledge of Dolphin Database, eCW, Google Docs, scanning functions, and Office, Word, and Excel
- Bilingual a plus
Responsibilities
- Facilitate financial discussions with delinquent accounts
- Achieve patient conversion results
- Assist with phone calls and patient check-out
- Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth implementation of office processes, including but not limited to, scheduling, patient flow, and insurance verification
- Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
- Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children
