About The Position
Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking an experienced, compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Treatment Coordinator for their Dallas team. This role serves as the connection between patients and the clinical team, helping patients understand treatment, navigate financial options, and feel cared for throughout their dental care journey. The ideal candidate will welcome patients with professionalism and warmth, build trust by explaining treatment plans, coordinate appointments, verify insurance benefits, explain costs and payment options, assist with financing, and partner with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience. The role also involves following up with patients on pending treatment and maintaining accurate patient records.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental, healthcare, or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance processes preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with dental software systems is a plus

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and a positive first impression
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow to support an exceptional office experience
- Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with questions regarding coverage and payment options
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service
- Support treatment acceptance by helping patients understand next steps and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, and team members to deliver seamless patient care
