Requirements

High school diploma required.
One year previous experience in a multi-task position.
Previous experience in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare all wire transfers coming from General Council departments, and affiliates, using bank software.
Research, troubleshoot and report on wire transfers as needed.
Prepare, scan, index and catalog all Treasury Services department reports and documents for scanning into repository system.
Support Insurance Risk/Broker Manager with weekly tasks relating to events, insured drivers and volunteers.
Support travel administrator by helping with processing travel advancement funds, and maintaining user list of all credit cards.
