About The Position

Mountain West Bank is seeking an exceptional Sr. Treasury Support Specialist for our talented Treasury Mgmt. Team in Meridian, ID. The Sr. Treasury Support Specialist will work under minimal supervision; this position is responsible for the day-to-day servicing and support of all Treasury Management products. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Treasury Sales Officers, and internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient implementation of treasury solutions. This position reports directly to the Treasury Support Supervisor. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job. This is a full-time, hourly position. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM for a total of 40 hours a week. Rate of pay depends on experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a customer support or sales support capacity.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Treasury Management products (e.g., ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, online banking, positive pay, etc.)
  • Embodies a customer-first mindset with genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written to maintain a heavy volume of correspondence, personal contact, and telephone communication.
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold and actively promotes the bank’s core beliefs, core values, and customer service standards, collectively known as “Our Compass.”
  • Support our community through department fundraising activities or volunteering during bank sponsored events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while displaying genuine enthusiasm, empathy, and compassion. Ensure each and every customer interaction adheres to our customer service standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolution for Treasury Management services, including account maintenance, product setup, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Install equipment and train customers in all treasury management products.
  • Educate customers on the risks, features, and operational requirements of Treasury Management services to ensure informed usage and compliance.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
  • Assists in updating/reviewing account analysis pricing plans and requests for exception pricing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all accounts and services within the Treasury Management portfolio.
  • Process daily ACH returns and corrections.
  • Assist with testing and rollout of new treasury products, services, and system enhancements.
  • Provide backup support to eBanking as needed during high-volume periods or staff absences.
  • Becomes educated with all bank products and services to provide excellent customer service, retain customers, and cross-sell products as appropriate.
  • Remain informed of and conform to all applicable policies and procedures, including security.
  • Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
