Treasury Services Manager
About The Position
The Treasury Services Manager will work within Wabtec’s Corporate Treasury team, which is responsible for global cash management, liquidity, banking operations, and financial controls. The role collaborates with regional finance teams, accounting, tax, and banking partners to support efficient treasury operations, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement. The manager oversees corporate credit card and purchasing card programs, coordinates bank guarantees and letters of credit, and manages contractors who perform manual payment processing. The role also oversees relevant service contracts and contractor performance, supports bank account administration and banking relationships, drives treasury system enhancements and payment automation, and prepares treasury reports while supporting audits. Occasional travel or participation in meetings with internal and external stakeholders may be required. Other duties may be assigned, with appropriate training provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or banking operations.
- Experience managing corporate credit card and purchasing card (P-Card) programs.
- Experience with bank guarantees and letters of credit.
- Strong knowledge of payment controls, corporate card transaction controls, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention.
- Experience supervising contractors and contract-based employees, including contract administration and performance management.
- Proficiency with banking portals, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate credit card and purchasing card (P-Card) programs, including issuance, maintenance, and transaction controls.
- Coordinate the issuance, amendments, and renewals of bank guarantees and letters of credit.
- Manage contractors responsible for manual payment processing, ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal controls.
- Oversee relevant service contracts and contractor performance.
- Maintain strong controls over payments, banking access, approvals, and corporate card transactions.
- Support bank account administration and banking relationships.
- Drive treasury system enhancements, payment automation, and process improvements.
- Prepare treasury reports and support internal and external audits.
