About The Position

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist supports commercial customers and the Treasury Management team by handling ACH processing, returns, proof of authorization requests, product implementations, and ongoing customer support. The position also assists with special projects and provides backup support for wire processing as needed.

The role calls for a detail-oriented, customer-focused problem solver who is interested in learning how transactions and systems work, troubleshooting issues, and providing dependable support to commercial customers.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Desire to develop a strong understanding of ACH, Treasury Management products, banking systems, and payment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Candidates who are not currently AAP certified must be willing to obtain the certification after hire.

Nice To Haves

• ACH, Treasury Management, or payment operations experience is preferred.
• AAP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH originations, returns, NOCs, exceptions, and transaction research.
• Manage proof of authorization requests, including documentation, tracking, and follow-up.
• Ensure ACH activity complies with Nacha rules, OFAC requirements, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with audits and regulatory reviews.
• Provide backup support for wire processing and exceptions as needed.
• Assist customers with service changes, user maintenance, account and limit updates, and other Treasury Management requests.
• Implement and support services such as online banking, ACH origination, Remote Deposit Capture, and Positive Pay.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Assist with customer onboarding, training, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in Treasury Management projects, process improvements, and product enhancements.
