About The Position

As a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking, you will generate new treasury management business and maintain client relationships. You will use treasury product knowledge to develop and execute a localized market and product strategy, while partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership for Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions, and Implementation teams.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of cash management, sales, and relationship management experience.
• Success developing new business, with a focus on prospecting and strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external centers of influence, and external consulting organizations.
• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business, while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues about client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated treasury solutions through a consultative, client-driven framework.
• Independently lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in developing and evolving complex products and solutions.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions to the market, prospects, and clients through client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance the profitability of assigned relationships.
