The Treasury Management Executive manages and pursues treasury management fee income, deposit growth and product penetration across an assigned portfolio of existing clients. Additionally, the TME I collaborates with commercial relationship managers to develop new business with prospective clients. This role involves actively cross-selling into an existing portfolio of Treasury Management clients to drive treasury and card fee income, deposit growth and product penetration. The executive will work closely with commercial relationship managers to develop new business with prospective clients, proactively schedule sales calls, and manage annual Treasury Management client reviews. Key activities include preparing pricing/profitability models, proposals, presentations, and payment cycle reviews, as well as identifying opportunities for merchant services and receivables. The role also requires coordinating RFPs, pitch books, contract negotiation, and product demonstrations, while gathering necessary data for new client implementations. Maintaining client data in the CRM system, communicating complex solutions, and providing cross-sell referrals are also part of the responsibilities. The executive must stay current with Treasury Management products, services, and regulatory requirements, completing assignments professionally and maintaining positive relationships with associates, clients, and vendors.
