About The Position

This 12-month Treasury Management Associate role is designed for driven, entry-level professionals seeking to launch their careers in the financial services industry within a dynamic environment. The program offers rotational opportunities through Sales, Product Management, and Service functions related to Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Business Credit Card solutions. Participants will gain comprehensive, hands-on experience and a holistic understanding of the business. The program exposes Associates to a solutions selling approach aimed at improving customer cash flow, mitigating payment fraud, and providing essential business management information. Collaboration with product management and service teams ensures exposure to new functionality in a rapidly evolving industry. FNB’s Development Programs are structured to equip Associates with the necessary skills and experiences for a successful transition into key roles within the company, with a focus on internal promotion to leadership positions.

Responsibilities

Support and grow Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Business Credit Card businesses.
Provide top-tier customer support.
Gain in-depth exposure to the full spectrum of businesses, working with customers from Small Business to large Commercial organizations in public, private, and government sectors.
Build a solid foundation in the Treasury Management industry through hands-on experience.
Prepare for future success with targeted training and certification, including understanding customer needs and challenges, and demonstrating commitment to ongoing education.
Develop expertise as a subject matter expert through mentoring, online learning, webinars, and conferences.
Refine verbal and written communication skills by identifying client needs, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and leading meetings.
Support sales, product, and service teams by interacting with clients and prospects, developing customer-facing communications, performing data analytics, and assisting with new client onboarding.
Play a key role in creating a unique and valuable client experience.
Be involved in the continued evolution of the solution set by identifying and prioritizing projects for senior management approval and implementation.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risk encountered daily.
Adhere to regulatory laws and company procedures as part of F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program and compliance requirements.
