Requirements

3-5 years of banking experience or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office tools.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
A deep understanding of banking products.

Responsibilities

Developing and nurturing new relationships across individual, commercial, and municipal sectors through targeted referral and business development efforts.
Selling Treasury Management and cash management products to both new and existing clients.
Coordinating the implementation of services such as ACH origination and business online banking.
Representing One Community Bank at community events.
Cross-selling our diverse range of products.
Engaging in weekly sales meetings hosted by the Market President to refine strategies for client retention and community engagement.
