The Treasury Management Consultant provides a high-touch, consultative approach in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, supporting retail and small business clients with treasury management solutions that align to their daily banking and cash management needs. This role partners closely with Relationship Managers, Branch Leaders, and Division Managers to support a high volume of new client onboarding, treasury product sales, and ongoing relationship expansion. The Consultant actively engages with clients and internal partners to develop and execute sales strategies for both existing customers and new prospects while maintaining strong expertise in treasury management products and services. Working collaboratively across business lines, the role ensures a seamless onboarding experience, delivers responsive client support, and helps strengthen long-term banking relationships through frequent engagement and proactive service. Develop sales plans to identify the expansion of existing clients in conjunction with the Relationship Managers by preparing call schedules and presentations. Responsible for presenting a consultative working cash flow presentation to prospects and existing clients. Coordinate client/prospect sales calls with Relationship Managers and Technical Solutions Consultant. Partner with business lines to implement new solutions for new and existing clients. Lead consultative conversation with new and existing customers to define the solutions to meet their goals and business objectives. Facilitate the implementation and structure of new and existing services. Monitor industry trends and competitive practices, including the impact of technology, regulatory and legislative changes related to treasury management. Assist Product managers in the development of new product solutions and the enhancement of existing product and services by providing timely feedback. Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training. Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters the Columbia corporate culture in all actions and words.
