About The Position

WinnCompanies is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Treasury Coordinator to join their Treasury team in Lowell, MA. This role offers an opportunity to learn about Treasury functions within the Real Estate and Property Management Industry. The Treasury Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the Treasury Help Desk, processing payment transactions, reporting cash information, completing bank requests, and contributing to special projects. The primary goal is to ensure the timely completion of ticket requests and the accurate processing of daily payments.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Ability to read and write in English, to understand basic instructions, and take direction from supervisors.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, work to deadlines using sound judgment.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  • 1 year of Treasury, Banking or Business experience.
  • RealPage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assign ticket requests from the Treasury Help Desk inbox to the appropriate team member.
  • Initiate payment transactions.
  • Complete bank inquiries and requests.
  • Process tenant security deposit move-in/move-out bank requests.
  • Run and transmit bank paper check issuance files.
  • Monitor and decision positive pay exception items.
  • Provide ad hoc support for special projects.
