About The Position

Treasury Coordinator Responsibilities will cover one or more Treasury operations functional areas such as: analyses, report generation, data entry, consistently meeting processing deadlines, and assisting with operational issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED)
  • Required Microsoft Excel knowledge with pivot tables, Vlookup, sumif, building formulas, and conditional formatting at a minimum
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restaurant experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Research chargebacks and upload supporting documents to the merchant processors
  • Daily downloading and formatting of bank and credit card data
  • Assist with uploading and entering positive pay files and checks to the banks as well as assist with positive pay exception process
  • Assist the Treasury team with Treasury related transactions
  • Track and report armored carrier missed service and deposit issues
  • Maintain internal audit and PCI control standards
  • Other duties and/or special projects may be assigned to meet business needs; will follow other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties if requested
