About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking an entry-level Treasury Analyst to join its corporate finance team in Chicago, Illinois. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury, the analyst will assist with day-to-day cash management, banking relationships, treasury operations, and reporting. This role offers a finance professional the opportunity to gain hands-on treasury experience in a fast-paced, growing company. The Treasury Analyst will support cash disbursements and receipts, bank account monitoring and reconciliation, treasury policies and controls, cash position tracking, and cash flow reporting. The role also supports banking services and systems, documentation for bank account changes, treasury dashboards, management reporting, cash flow analysis, and collaboration with divisional finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams. The analyst may also assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses. The position is based in Chicago, IL. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or treasury; internship experience is welcomed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic financial modeling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to treasury management systems or ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
Familiarity with cash management, bank reconciliation, or financial reporting.
Interest in or experience with the cannabis or consumer goods industry.
Pursuing or interested in pursuing a CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily cash disbursement and receipt processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support monitoring and reconciliation of bank accounts across multiple entities and locations.
Help maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Assist in tracking daily cash positions and preparing cash flow reports.
Support implementation of new banking services and products.
Help maintain and update banking systems, user access records, and fee structures.
Assist in building and maintaining relationships with banking partners.
Prepare documentation for bank account openings, closures, and changes.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash management and operating cash flow analysis for the Treasury Manager.
Assist in creating and maintaining treasury dashboards and management reporting.
Support variance analysis and identification of cash flow trends.
Contribute to materials for senior leadership and board presentations.
Partner with divisional finance teams to support accurate and timely cash flow forecasting.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams on cash-related activities.
Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses as requested by the Treasury Manager.
