About The Position

The Treasury Analyst is a key position supporting day-to-day and strategic operations within Milwaukee Tool’s Treasury Department. Reporting directly to the Group Manager, Accounting - Treasury, the analyst participates in Accounting and Treasury functions, with an emphasis on reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation. The role supports treasury operations, internal and external stakeholders, process compliance, and key projects, while identifying opportunities to improve Treasury processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Experience with a large-scale ERP.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Accounting or FP&A experience.
One to two years of working experience in a corporate international Treasury environment.
Experience with a multinational banking structure.
Corporate Treasury experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate reconciliation and reporting of cash flow forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Treasury Team in day-to-day operations.
Respond to general treasury inquiries from other departments and provide customer service.
Maintain compliance with Accounting and Controllership processes and controls.
Develop contacts with Treasury-related departments and internal and external financial contacts.
Prepare key working capital forecasts and connect actuals with forecasts.
Assist with banking activities, including transactions, bank documentation, account coordination, and bank fees.
Identify and pursue process improvements across Treasury functions.
Support the Group Manager, Accounting - Treasury, on key projects.
Independently manage key projects.
