About The Position

Reporting into Corporate Treasury, the Analyst supports the group's capital structure, project and portfolio financing, and lender analysis across Rohit's homebuilding, land development, income-producing, commercial, and infrastructure platforms. This is a finance role rather than an operations role: the work is weighted toward financial modelling, structuring analysis, forecast integrity, and the commercial case brought to lenders and to Finance Leadership, with day-to-day cash and banking execution sitting elsewhere in the team. The role is positioned for someone with a strong analytical foundation who is ready to work on live financing files under experienced review, and who will progressively take on independent responsibility for a portfolio of facilities as their knowledge of the group's structures deepens.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
CFA charterholder or candidate strongly preferred, with Level II or III candidates in good standing welcome to apply. CPAs with demonstrable capital markets, credit, or corporate finance experience will also be considered.
Three or more years in corporate finance, treasury, commercial real estate lending, credit analysis, investment banking, or investment management.
Strong financial modelling capability, evidenced by models built from a blank sheet rather than maintained from a template.
Able to read a credit agreement and translate a covenant definition into a calculation with limited guidance.

Nice To Haves

Real estate or construction lending exposure is an asset.
Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, D365, or Yardi is an asset.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain deal-level financing models for construction, land, term, and portfolio facilities, including sizing, sensitivity, and refinancing scenarios.
Prepare lender submission packages, credit narratives, and supporting analysis for new facilities, renewals, extensions, and amendments.
Compare proposed terms against market comparables and quantify the cost of capital impact of structural alternatives such as advance rates, pricing grids, recourse, and prepayment terms.
Assemble the quantitative groundwork for negotiations, including fallback scenarios and the cost of each concession under discussion.
Model consolidated and entity-level liquidity, debt capacity, and funding requirements across the multi-year plan.
Evaluate project and investment economics (IRR, NPV, return on equity, break-even, downside cases) and test assumptions supplied by the business units.
Analyze interest rate and hedging alternatives, including the cost and effectiveness of CORRA-based instruments, and quantify the exposure being managed.
Contribute analysis to joint venture funding, intercompany funding, and capital recycling questions.
Prepare forward-looking covenant forecasts, identifying where headroom is compressing and quantifying the operating drivers behind it.
Maintain the debt portfolio view, including maturity ladder, weighted average cost and term, fixed versus floating mix, and lender concentration, along with the accompanying commentary.
Prepare treasury content for executive reporting, and for lender discussions.
Work with Finance Transformation to move recurring analysis onto Fabric and Power BI sourced data rather than standalone workbooks.
Build working familiarity with the group's full facility set, lender relationships, and reporting obligations beyond the files immediately assigned.
Participate in cross-review of colleagues' work and submit own work for equivalent review.
Document model logic, methodology, and lender requirements so that recurring deliverables are transferable rather than resident in one person's head.
