About The Position

KVC Health Systems is seeking a Treasury Analyst for its corporate finance team in Olathe. The role focuses on data manipulation, cash flow strategy, and technical analysis, supporting the organization’s liquidity monitoring and financial planning. The analyst will help ensure KVC remains prepared to meet its organizational mission. This hybrid position is based at the Olathe corporate location, with three days in the office and two days remote. The salary is $67,000 per year. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
At least 3 years of accounting experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Flexibility, commitment to continuous learning, professionalism, and ability to uphold high ethical standards when handling sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

Track daily activity across all KVC entities to identify liquidity trends and anticipate funding needs.
Develop short- and long-term cash forecasting tools to project inflows and outflows.
Manage multiple lines of credit, coordinate paydowns, and optimize borrowing capacity.
Recommend strategies to improve cash utilization and reduce liquidity risks across the organization.
Conduct internal audit tests on procurement transactions to ensure adherence to corporate policies.
