Endeavor Schools•,

About The Position

Endeavor Schools is creating its first dedicated Treasurer role. This hands-on treasury and forecasting professional will build and own the treasury function, with visibility to finance leadership, lenders, and the board. The role will bring the 13-week cash forecast in-house, establish a reliable weekly forecasting cadence, and develop both near-term and 12–18-month liquidity views that account for enrollment cycles, tuition and subsidy timing, payroll, and seasonal cash-flow changes. The Treasurer will oversee cash forecasting and liquidity, debt management and compliance, banking and cash operations, and the corporate card program. The role will monitor cash across bank accounts, manage funding and transfers, maintain lender relationships and reporting, and strengthen controls across the company’s school sites. Endeavor Schools operates more than 100 early childhood and elementary schools across 14 states, with Montessori and Play/Project-Based programs.
