About The Position

EarnIn is seeking an Assistant Treasurer to join its lean Treasury team and report to the Treasurer. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports, but it shares leadership responsibilities as the most senior individual reporting to the Treasurer. The Assistant Treasurer reviews and approves the Treasury team’s work and owns analytics, processes, and controls for asset-backed warehouse facilities, the corporate facility, cash, and liquidity. The role partners with the Treasurer on lender and partner negotiations, diligence, and financing execution, and collaborates with Product and Engineering on payment rails and product rollouts. The position calls for strong financial judgment, hands-on attention to detail, and the ability to explain issues clearly to internal and external audiences in a dynamic environment. Treasury experience in FinTech or another financial institution is highly valued. The role also helps set Treasury’s use of AI by identifying and developing high-value workflows, evaluating whether AI-enabled processes can replace or complement Kyriba, and measuring efficiency gains. The Assistant Treasurer will help adapt asset-backed debt operations to support new and evolving products and work with Accounting on a cash reconciliation tool. This full-time position is open to hybrid applicants based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires in-office work 2–3 days per week. The US base salary range is $213,210–$260,590, plus equity and benefits.
