Requirements

Responsibilities

• Collect and clear trays from tables promptly to maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist in organizing and distributing clean trays to cafeteria patrons as needed.
• Ensure the cafeteria environment is tidy by wiping tables and managing waste disposal.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to patients, visitors, and staff in the cafeteria.
• Coordinate with kitchen and cafeteria staff to support efficient meal service and tray turnover.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate department promptly.
• Adhere to all hospital policies regarding hygiene, safety, and patient confidentiality.
