About The Position

This role involves traveling to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch, which for this position is the West Liberty Branch in Reno, NV. Requirements
- Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Driving is an essential function on this role and as such, employee must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
- Identifying and addressing clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
- Resolving clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identifying and maximizing cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
